Eureka Recycling partnered with Ilhan Omar to host a round table on Zero Waste inititatives, in Minnesota and at the national leve. I was on site to capture photos of the discussion and facility tour. I later teamed up with Eureka to consult on development of an app that was created as a result of that meeting.
